The Elevage-Infiniti™ OTR Barrel consists of reusable long-life HDPE polymer with controlled constant OTR. The perfect maturation vessel across a wide RRP range. Synergises oak & oxygen by allowing precise control of oxygen & to optimise oak uptake.  Enables faster maturation to speed cash cycle across a wider RRP range. 

The Elevage-Infiniti™ provides advantages with handling, logistics, storage and cleaning.  It can be easily cleaned after each vintage, stored dry & reduces the need for sulphur and additives to mask issues like microbiological loading, oxidation & ullage. Adds cellar capacity.

With a 25 year life span, the more durable & versatile Infiniti™ OTR non-traditional barrel solution is a third of cost of direct capital purchase & operational costs compared to traditional oak barrels on same per litre basis. Guaranteed closure resealabilty that is warranted.

Elevage uses more of the oak from a single 170 year old tree when harvested thereby reducing waste and preserving trees to give 14X more yield with the 1kL making 62 new traditional barrel equivalents at 100% NBE rather than 4.4 traditional barrels (990 litres) where 78% of the oak is never exposed to the wine. Saves water. This underpins our circular economy philosophy.

  The longer life span of every 1 kL Elevage-Infiniti™ OTR non-traditional barrel saves the equivalent of 62 new traditional barrels or 22 oak trees (each one on average 170 years old) saving over 3,750 total growing years on the same per litre basis. ‘Elevage-Barrels™ saves limited resources with less capital invested, less time, less labour, less winery & cellar space that provides better returns with lower risk. Our Elevage-Infiniti™ OTR Barrels comes in several capacity sizes holding 1,000 litres of wine - 111 cases. Available also with 2,000 litres capacity - 222 cases that provides active economical storage using renewable and reusable components. that gives batch size flexibility and optionality.
